For a change, I decided to lie low this Christmas compared to last year (it was too much to handle last year) and I also had to decline a few as I also got sick. Nevertheless, it was still busy in the oven.

I have decided to make a version 2.0 of the Cookies & Cream Cake. More Oreos in the cake and frosting including chocolate cream flavoured ones - an Oreo overload indeed.
