This blog has been silent for a while, the bakery was still busy but the baker just didn't have the time to blog (excuses, excuses...I know). At least with the absence, I was able to come up with more creations for you to enjoy.

| And I've come up (yet again) with another chocolate cake variation and this time with a shiny, rich icing. A bit of a challenge when frosting as it really flows but it really melts in your mouth. |
